Cuntology 101
I started writing this post while I was still putting the site together, so its publication is a little delayed.

Ring Ring by Action Bronson and Big Body Bes

Dr. Kimble by Action Bronson

Live From the Moon by Action Bronson and Yung Mehico
I've been revisiting Action Bronson's 2018 record White Bronco. Action's music feels so effortlessly smooth. Beautiful instrumentation meets a voice brimming with personality. The bass in Ring Ring is a highlight. There are horses neighing—I'm not sure why—but just like the dolphins in Only For Dolphins, it works.
You either got it or you don't, there's nothin' to it.

For a change in pace: Brighton's Lambrini Girls released their debut record Who Let the Dogs Out this week, and Cuntology 101 immediately became my jam.

Couldn't have put it better myself.
Doing a poo at your friend's house? Cunty.

I'm not sure this lyric accurately represents some of the more meaningful aspects of Who Let The Dogs Out (which covers sexism, gentrification, nepotism, police brutality, workplace inequity, and more with irreverence and fury), but fuck it, I love it.
Why can't I just fit in? Why cant I just sit still?

The breakdown at 2:00 in Special Different is a poignant moment in an otherwise blistering album. It's a slightly off-kilter section that feels like it could have come from the nineties.
